Zak Long and Andrea Presley’s Proposal

I had been planning this for 4 months, and had the ring made up in Ohio (which is where I’m from). I used my great grandmother’s diamond in the ring that my great grandfather gave to her for their anniversary.

I took Andrea downtown to the first place we hung out at, which was volunteering to help kids make elf hats. I proposed exactly 365 days after we met. I proposed while her sisters hid with cameras to capture the moment and surprised Andrea with dinner and her family being in town (her sisters live in Montgomery).
