Asking your girlfriend’s parent’s blessing to marry her can be nerve-wracking to say the least. If you want to take the more traditional approach to your proposal start with asking for her parent’s blessing by following these steps:

Preparation:

1. First and foremost ask yourself, “Is asking for her parent’s blessing the right approach?” Some women think this tradition is too old fashioned for them, while others love the idea, so the best way to find out she wants is to just ask.
